Implementing Eyeplan

Once you’ve decided to adopt the Eyeplan Business Model there are a few steps to get you up and running.

The process begins with an initial consultation where our experts will work with you to develop a pricing strategy. The strategy is designed around both your patient’s needs and your practice’s capabilities.

This strategy includes:

  • Clinical care.
  • Frames.
  • Lenses.
  • Contact lenses.

The next step on your road to being part of the Eyeplan family is an expert-led training session. This will involve every member of the practice team and covers everything you need to get started, including:

  • What we do.
  • The Eyeplan benefits.
  • How patients view Eyeplan.
  • How to present the Eyeplan choice.
  • The Accidental Damage Scheme.
  • Administering Eyeplan.

Once you are an Eyeplan Associate, you will receive all the ongoing support you need. This includes:

Extra training: Eyeplan staff will return as often as is required.

Telephone support: Monday to Friday, Eyeplan staff are available on the telephone to answer any questions.

Support materials: Eyeplan develops a wide range of support materials for our Associates. We also design and produce custom support materials for individual practices if required.

Eyeplan Connect : our tailor made mailing service

Events: we will help organise and support practice events.

General marketing support: our experienced team will work with your practice to advise on any and all marketing efforts, so that you can best promote the qualities of your practice.
